We provide healthcare digital marketing services, including website design and development, search engine optimization, Google Ads and pay-per-click management, social media marketing, content marketing, online reputation management, YouTube video promotion, virtual medical assistant services and patient counselling support. The exact scope, deliverables, duration and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal, quotation or agreement.
Fees depend on the services chosen and are communicated in writing. Unless stated otherwise, quoted fees are exclusive of GST, which is charged extra as applicable. Payment terms are as stated in the proposal or invoice. Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google or Meta is separate from our fees unless the proposal says otherwise.
Submitting a form on our Website is an enquiry only and does not create a contract. How we use the details you submit is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Search rankings, traffic, advertising performance and the number of patient enquiries depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition and platform policies. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, position, number of leads or revenue.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, images and claims you give us, for holding any licences and registrations required for your practice, and for approving clinical or medical statements before publication. Healthcare providers in India must follow the advertising and professional conduct rules that apply to them, including those of their medical council. Our content is general information and does not replace medical advice. We may decline to publish content that appears misleading or non-compliant.
Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube and directories. We are not responsible for changes to their policies, outages, account suspensions or decisions on reviews or ads.

Deliverables created for you become yours on full payment, except for third-party materials, software or tools that carry their own licences. Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement. Please do not share patient-identifiable information with us unless it has been agreed in writing and is necessary for the service.
We may mention clients and engagements in our materials only where we have permission to do so.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of revenue or patients. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service in the period in question.
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the written agreement or proposal. We may suspend work if payments are overdue or if continuing would breach law or platform rules. Fees for work already completed remain payable.
You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt to disrupt it or submit false or unlawful information through its forms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any dispute-resolution clause in a written agreement, courts at Gurugram, Haryana will have jurisdiction.
